As a childcare provider I am dedicated to providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that allows children to learn all the while having fun. I believe that
confidence and self esteem are very
important and I try to instill it in all
children. In my classroom my teaching
techniques are complemented by
learning centers, each with its own way of
encouraging your child’s developmental
growth in the areas of intellectual,
social, physical, and emotional skills,
through a variety of group activities,
individual play, and quiet periods. My program
makes use of many play and learning materials that
help your children gain confidence in his abilities.
The program has different choices for your child; they are age appropriate and flexible to allow the needs of the individual children to be met. These activities are presented in the way of learning centers for example:
In addition to the activities there are more structured times like circle time, story time and outdoor play everyday weather permitting. Circle time contains songs, games, calendar, the weather and discussions about the various themes.”
The different activities that will be presented to
your child will be based on themes like Families, apples and insects, the seasons, 5 senses, zoo animals and many more… We will be celebrating the different holidays during the year like Christmas, Easter, Halloween… to explore creativity and sharing.

Thanks for coming to visit my page, let me tell you a bit about myself. I went to College in Ottawa at La Cité Collégiale to get my Early Childhood Education Diploma. I came back to live here after my education to be with my family. I got my start in daycare soon after graduating and have been working ever since; this was almost 7 years ago. I decided to open a home daycare because I wanted to be able to give the children more one on one attention which is impossible in a center setting and I also wanted to work for myself.
So Chez Cloé Daycare was born.

Communication is a very important part of taking care of your child therefore, parents of infants will receive a daily note. Some typical things you may find on this paper would be feedings, BMs, schedule, temperament, and things to remember. Parents of toddlers, preschoolers and older children will also receive an age appropriate daily note. Some typical things you may find on this paper would be things to remember, rest schedule, activities, temperament, and meals.
Chez Cloé Daycare is committed to providing healthy hot lunch and snacks for the children based on the Canadian food guide. Variety is key so it’s in a 5 week rotation.
I am looking forward to a terrific relationship with you and your child!
Some photo's of my set up. A place for their belongings, plenty of open space for creative activites. Clean and child safe.
I have my Early Childhood Education diploma, I am up to date with my CPR and 1st aid. I will provide my criminal reference check, receipts and references upon request.
