Hello, My name is Paula. I am a mother of two daughters. One school aged and one infant. I am a qualified childcare professional established since 1998 in promoting early childhood education.
I am pleased to announce since 2004 I have one more premanant full time staff on board which allows the same two caregivers for your children’s daily needs. This is a very huge advantage which makes a big difference in their day to day play here at Angels Academy Daycare.
I originally started working in a daycare center in Toronto some 12 years ago and decided to take my training to a home environment. We've been established in home daycare for over 9 years to date. We are constantly updating our knowledge in the field of childcare. We participate in current training programs as new ideas, health regulations and techniques etc - enter the main stream regarding childcare.

Upon opening our daycare, our goal was to be able to provide a low ratio child per adult environment for the children. Yet still be able to offer a professional service for our clients with daycare center ideas, activities and really focus on the educational aspect the field.
A combination of our hands on experience, past and present education in the field of child care and daily experiences of being mothers ourselves, ensures qualified and nurturing caregivers.
Last, but not least, transition, just as adults children go through their own anxieties when things change. We know first hand what that’s like and how we can ease that adjustment. It is something we will go into fine detail over an interview touching on topics such as time frames, behaviors, what to expect etc. This helps tremendously to ensure everyone is comfortable with the new placement and that the switch over is a success.
Interviews take approximately 1 hour, as there is quite a bit of paper work to go through. Upon an interview please be sure to inquire about our special enrollment process. I’m sure as a parent you’ll come equipped with questions, our package will hopefully cover most of your concerns and leave you feeling at ease. You will be able to go to work with peace of mind that your choice was a positive one in the direction of rearing your precious little angels.
We are confident our program is one of a kind and really draws the line from babysitting to daycare. Our ages and stages program will follow your child’s development from ages 10 months right till 5 years of age.
Our daily schedule is packed with various activities through out the day. We will touch on creativity, curiosity, stimulating their 5 senses, incorporate sensory play and challenge their physical capabilities, encourage the development of motor skills and boost their emotional development as each milestone arises.
Warm lunches are made daily, with lots of fresh fruit and veggies. Our meal plan incorporates the four food groups. This really kicks starts healthy eating habits at a young age and hopefully carries them throughout life.
